Below are my three levels of one to one coaching service offerings and workshop services, all conducted over the phone or virtually:

Soaring Package

12 Individual Sessions Plus an Energy Leadership Assessment and Debrief
We will work together over 12 weeks to truly establish and achieve your goals and make the changes you need in your life. These things take time, and during our 12 sessions, I promise you’ll feel and see and hear changes in yourself you might not yet believe possible.

Take Flight Package

6 Individual Sessions
Are you working towards clarifying a vision, or have a vision in mind that you’d like to start working toward? Not sure how to get there? I’ll come up with the confidence and a plan that ensures you meet your goals and exceed your own expectations.

Find Your Wings Package

3 Individual Sessions
Are you facing a particular challenge with finding your true calling and the confidence to go for it? Let’s get together and work through it. I’ll help you come up with solutions that will work for your specific environment and get you through any blocks that might be holding you back from seeing your vision clearly and finding your wings to take flight! 

Workshops

Workshops are interactive to help you dive deep to find your true calling and how to reach your ultimate goals. They are offered in-person or virtually. There is a three-month minimum commitment.
