I’m a wife, a daughter, a big sister, an aunt, a manager, a mentor, a best friend and now, a coach. I’ve worked for 30 years as a successful project manager with the same company and years ago had the opportunity to work with a career coach. It sparked something inside of me.

The entrepreneurial bug bit me and while sitting on a beach in Waikiki, I dreamed of a business I wanted to open. And I did it. I opened a women’s only gym, with a business partner, continuing to work full-time at my day job. After a year, I found myself running the gym solo and never thought I’d be able to do it, but I did. I did it for three years, completely by myself and that changed my life. I recognized my own strength.

Years went by and I kept going back to the time I worked with a career coach and how inspired I felt. The feeling that I could do this, I could help people in business, just as I helped people in their personal lives in the very roles I relayed above, led me to this chapter in my life…coaching. My husband told me one day I was an “inspirer of confidence” and that impacted me so much I began using it as the tagline for my business.

When I’m not working, you can find me reading, sailing, gardening or spending time with my family. I’m a history buff and a dreamer. I’d love to dream right along with you.
