When I opened a women’s only gym with my business partner, I couldn’t be more excited. It was a dream come true and even though I knew it would be hard work, I was ready for it.

I was going to do the books and continue to work my day job, while my partner ran the day-to-day operations. Everything went swimmingly for the first year. Unexpectedly, my business partner decided to retire early and I was left with a decision: run the gym alone or close shop.

We all have a source. A source of strength, something we look to in order to refuel our energy and our soul. Mine is God and my vision boards. Yours might be meditation, running, or reading scripture. If you haven’t defined your source, do it.
